I redesigned the email marketing templates to be more on-brand with brighter colors, bolder graphics, and richer imagery. These email templates allow for a seamless user experience from email to web through matching components, colors, and styles.
Through clearer audience segmentation, improved design, and featured products, the email marketing campaigns I implemented have increased email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, web traffic, and influenced sales by over 20% across the board.
I focused the email marketing audience by segmenting based on purchase behaviors and interests. Once the larger audience segments were determined I continued to run multivariate tests on email design, copy, products, and imagery to determine which segment is the most effective at reaching our current marketing and sales objectives.
